alright... got the '84 home lastnight
couple of questions poped into my head as I sat there looking at it..
1) can anyone give me a description how to lower the tss suspension. think its easy, but need someone to hold my hand and explain it to me
2) do you think I can remove the tunnel heat exchangers and just run the radiator? ice oval track 1/3 mile...5-7 laps per race. Just dont think the exchangers will help much anyway...
thanks for the help and opinions

I'm working on the T.S.S. lowering and will let you know what I come up with......? I know some have removed the rear exchanger and from what they say have no overheating problems. Some say the 540 was over cooled and from what I've seen I tend to agree ?

You basically remove the strut can and replace the lower spring seat......the lowering tube is the lower spring seat. The longer the tube the greater the drop. I believe the ones that I have will give about a 2" drop over stock. If you want a set the ones that I have are forsale.
