The pic isn't very clear but the engine looks like a 540 to me.

You are correct dont have pic of the 440 in the pc , so put something up to look at

yeah that engine pictured is a 540... if thats the engine you have for sale let me know and ill do my best to change the title of this post, youll get better results that way
