83 vmax - parts sled or rebuild - Maine

I have an 83 Vmax 540 that is in decent shape. Only problem it that the motor has been removed from the sled for a complete rebuild that I never got to. Everything is there and ready to be put together. I would rate the general overall condition to be about a 6 out of 10. Make me an offer. I'll try and get some pics.
