CONSIDERING SELLING MY 1981 SRX

Hey guys, I have a 81 SRX 440E that I have had for years and am considering selling it, thought i would post to see what the interest was. The sled is in excellent mechanical shape, and very good cosmetic shape. I went throught the motor last fall and replaced the bearings, as the main seal had started to leak on me so it had to come apart. replaced the pistons (which it really didnt need) also. The suspension has been out of it gone through and greased, drive cogs in nice shape, track in nice shape. Also put all new fuel lines on roughly 3yrs ago. The sleds overall condition is very nice. no cracks in the hood,no cracks in the seat,no fading on the plastic, all original sled with roughly 2200 miles on it. The sled is sitting in my heated garage and has been for years. The sled hasnt got much use, I live in north east ohio and when the lake freezes I ride, which over the last couple yrs has been prolly 100 miles prior to that very nil. If you know this model shes a ripper for a 440, surprising how well it runs even against 600s on the ice. I have many, many parts for this sled prolly 60% of a whole nother sled, to many parts to list unless there is some interest. I will take some pictures to verify the information over the next couple days. looking to get somewhere around $1500 for it. Pretty neat vintage sled would be a great rider for someone. Thanks Mike
