I have two sets of carbs one of one set does this no matter what I do, new needle and seat checked everything. I'd have to pull the pipe and dump them out. then let it dry. I did stand the sled up and let the fuel pour, yes pour out the ex port.
At the races I see the Bulldog (really modded engines) Kitty cat racers use a shop vac to suck air threw, always waited for the boom
I don't see why it wouldn't work if you used a blower to push air threw and dry things out
On mine I just waited a day, if ya have time that should do it. I had times where we turned shifter karts upside down and pull engine over till it was dry. If ya go that route, post pic's

when ever i get one that does that i take the pipes and carbs off and the plugs out.. then shoot compressed air in the pulse line port while your turn the clutch... a spray of gas comes out everywhere and generally it gets cleaned out pretty fast... its just a pain to take all that stuff off and put it back on
My airbox is held on by one screw, not because Im lazy but because it is less weight!
