Thats the same thing mine does. Its been in the teens and 20's here for the past few weeks.
I changed the plugs yesterday, and that took care of the bogging issue, will see today if it starts any easier cold.

Got a couple minor things going on with the sled, just thought I'd run it by the pros here. First one is, if the sled sits overnight, or longer than 8-10 hours, I have to remove the plugs and spray ether in the plug holes to get it to fire.
