The cylinder closest to the clutch runs around 260 and the other one runs around 160. I tried to richen the cylinder out and it still runs hot. The coolant is full. Is this normal? Also, when the sled is running it sounds kinda like a deep poppy sound i think this is normal cuz thats they way my other one ran. Any help is greatly appreciated .Thanks

Check your spark plugs they should be burning different colours and it sounds like a plugged carburetor to me or an air leak somewhere.

How do you know it's running hot? What are you measuring to come up with those numbers and what are you measuring it with? I don't know of any way to seperate coolant temps by cylinder and those #'s are way to low to be EGT's so I think you need to explain what you are measuring and how before anyone could give you an answer that would be of any good. You'll get nothing but guesses without proper info.

Ok then, those were the temps i got off of the front of the cylinders right where the mufflers attch with springs. I got this temp by using me laser heat gun (you shine the laser on the object and it tells you the heat). But i got these numbers after it starts up and idles for like 5 min. After I got on the sled and flew down the field and came back they were around 560 degrees. Do those temps sound better? This sled had been sitting since last winter with a bad engine. It took so much time, effort, and money to get the parts I needed, but man I took it out last week after finishing it and wow. Those front skis came off the ground and I was gone. Thats when I realized it all was totaly worth it. Thanks for all your help man.

Also my clutch is making some noise. Where do I grease it?

Steve! Lord Jesus, Mary&Joseph! Clutch 'greasing' is explicitly prohibited. Grease draws dust and dust wears out 'da clutch. Use only dry graphite to the fibre bushings, the metal on metal pivoting parts, the weights and ramps etc. Dry lube is how you do it. MJD.

When you say you tried to richen the hot cylinder, how did you richen it?
Laser heat gun is not the best way to measure heat in your engine.
FYI......moving the the jet needle clip just one position can result in an idle to 1/8 throttle temperature change of almost 100 degrees. (My personal experience with digital EGT Gauges)
