Just finished update porting, bored carbs, and one new crank bearing.
Just a little clean up while the sled was apart.

Wow...... that has to be the nicest Non stock restoration I have ever seen ! Cool sled and very, very nice detail, only a few people will go to that extreme. That will definately turn some heads on the trail. Keep us informed !

It really was just a little clean up.
When I had the motor out to get the porting done I pressure washed the sled, painted the belly pan and painted the pipes. Every thing else has been the same for 5 years.
Thanks for all your props.

Yeah, I'm having a some electrical problems.
I think I have it figured out though, it looks like I had some loose connectors in the cdi part of the loom.
