Can't a guy adapt a Mag and a CDI from another Triple, something close like a 580 Polaris Fuji?

I guess Delaughter, Bender and others had made these tripples back in the day and I am told that they used Polaris ignitions on some of them. There may be other options today but I guess Polaris ingition was the most common. The guy that bought it is from Alexandria Mn so if you see an old Vmax kicking the snot out of 7 and 800's in that area don't race him for money until you get a look under the hood.

your motor is at a race friend of mine about 9 miles away. He has no idea what he is going to do with it at this point. - well, he wont tell me if he has any plans!!
