81 SRX Pistons

Any aftermarket pistons available for the 81 SRX's ?

if not what are the options if i need a piston ? to replace one thats burned down in one of my SRX's.

Le Mans still makes pistons for this sled, also there are 2 Yamaha OEM pistons on ebay right now , the ebay # is 150151844662 it is up in 20 hours.

If possible I would stick with stock OEM Yamaha pistons if you can get them. I have used aftermarket on some Yamaha motors with poor success. They ran fine just did not perform nearly as well.

if i still wanted to have an after market Lemans Piston or two on hand...where would i find them? (online searches have yielded nothing)

Lemans pistons work just fine.Have used them and Kimpex and they are every bit as good as factory. You can get them at a lot of places , I think Dennis Kerk sells them , any place that sells sled parts should be able to get them

thanks, im up in Canada, I managed to find a place that deals with parts Unlimited inthe US...have a set on order. thanks alot for the help .
