85 vmax flooding and or not firing on mag side

I rebuilt the engine new crank seals and it doesnt fire below 3000 rpm on the mag side once it comes up it does..lol. I dont get it. Im thinking fuel pump its the only thing/s I didnt rebuild. Or that pilot jet in that side or slides are that far out.

We all often over look the simple, hate to ask... you did replace the plug or switch sides ?
-Is there gas in that pipe flooding the cylinder
-Choke on the mag side sticking
-Needle & seat sticking
-Float hanging/bad/misadjusted
-PTO side fuel pump leaking into crank case

Im wondering if its a fuel pump leaking down into the crank I have problems with that side Ill take it off. The clutch isnt engaging though either....If I take the belt off the sled revs up, if the belt is on it wont rev above 4000rpm.
