... Ya know VMax, just a few days back our Local Radio morning talk show made some interesting comments regarding this matter ...
... according to what was said, these arms and eqpt are dispatched to Local PD's on request, and long term possession is determined after a length of time, in which 'deployment' is considered ...
... as in, if it ain't bein' used, it could be redeemed by the Feds ... now dat blows, last thing I need is an apc rolling up my drive to serve a 'summons' for - jury duty ..??..
... somehow, the movie 'soylent green' doesn't seem all so fictitious any longer ... especially when considering our 'booming' economy ...
