i have a 89 v-max that is in great condition ,the problem is when i go too take off all it wants too do is chug and studder. After i get going it runs fine ,the primary and secondary have the right springs in them and i'm running the right belt .Can anyone let me no what i'm missing thanks.....
My 84 did the same thing! I had a Bad float in one of the carbs how to test get two coffee cans fill them with gas and then put floats in. leave them over night if one sinks you have found the problem! Next thing check your belt make sure it on top of the secondary clutch hope this helps!!!
