well got the vmax already for Radar Run FEB 14. Man went and picked up some VP 105 RACING FUEL Try $8.25 per gallion! but it loves it

Does anybody know if the kill switch part wiring is the same as a 1985?? I can order a 1985 throttle block from yamaha, but can't get the 1984 one

hi chrisd4jr your Vmax is a 85. The 84 has Blue Decals on hood and headlight.

I've raced mine for 17 years with No Thermostat and have never had a problem! They can't stop MAXIMUM OVERDRIVE #13

The local yamaha shop had a replacement cover for the kill switch that was Red! The 84 Vmax was Black

Anybody ever tried the 84 Update porting Specs?
