it will bog in any type of snow

im having two problems i cant figure out one is my headlight works but when i switch it to high beam it shuts off and the other problem im having is at high speeds it starts to bog out maybe somehow air is getting into the gas lines it doesnt do it all the time just some of the time it started doing...

its hitting right where it should be right before the redline but something just doest feel right maybe the plugs?

i have a 87 vmax and im not sure if its just me but it seems like when im going full throttle its not revving out all the way has anyone else had this problem?

anyone know the top speed of a 94-96 vmax 600?
