Now I know, this might not be cool asking about the "newer " v max's here, my questions are about the twin cyl 600 and 700 models made from 94 thru 98 ish ??? I know nothing about these even though im a 80's Yamaha semi-guru. a guy I work with has nothing good to say about these.....there ...

Ok i know....not a v max, but you yamaha guys might be able to help me. i have been told that .....say....a 92 venture 485 engine is not the same as a 92 phazer engine. if not, what are all of the differences ? thank you

Looking at a 84 v max for $400.00...... bad seat, needs new windshield, told it "runs good", anything to look out for on this yr v max ?

Im looking at a 87 vmax in my area thats for sale. Looks pretty nice, 2200 miles, anything to watch/ask about ? this is a sled i have always wanted. Im in michigan. Also have thoughts on trying to find a 86 model. any thoughts ?
