ken my 1981 srx not the one you have but the one mark sold to jeff ran 101.3 on stalker radar in 1000 f.t. on rock glare ice. hooker track, machined helix, and 110 cam-2 , also it was -2 outside. that was in early ninties. AND YES, TACH WAS ON 9250 ALL THE WAY. 3:16 (yammie tony)

This track in north bay one the best there is. and it going to be cold ..do u know if anyone made a clutch aleinment tool for the vmax-srx . I'm finding a lot a difference in belt length from the 8m6 to all the aftermarket belts. Belt and belt deflection is the most over look part on a seld. Need to get it. Right. and has anyone run a solid motor mount.

i don,t think i used the yamaha belt. hard to remember i think i ran a dayco. i always set everything right to the manual. never had a belt issue. mine was a good one. jeff loves it and has restored it. 3:16 (yammie tony)

Well we only ran 95.5 this weekend. Track was perfect .my setup was not. How things changed from week to week still fast enough to. Win . On more shot this weekend.to brake a hundred.
