any chance you have any of those jack shafts Micro Belmont used to make to mount a A/C or Pol sec. on?
BTW Wheres Tyler? haven't heard from him in long time

he is busy building lighting machine's and screen printing shirts. also shooting a coyote 40min into deer season and a small doe on the first saturday.

btw chuck isnt going to have a jack shaft like you want... when I a pondered this a couple of years ago I decided the best method would probably be to cut a yamaha jack shaft and a polaris jack shaft basically in half. The yamaha shaft is hollow so as far as I can see you should be able to machine the solid polaris shaft to fit inside of it. Weld that baby up and it should be strong and true. I think I have seen a factory made shaft with yamaha splines for the chaincase and polaris keyway for the clutch like 1 time on ebay. They dont seem very popular or easy to come across.
