VMAX Engine Parts

Post by mgabl072 »

Fixed up a buddies VMAX this summer. Used 2 engines to create one good one.

Pistons are good. Crank shaft in the crankcase is shot. Clinders were not honed correctly (not by me but the person we purchased the engine from). The cylinders are salvagable just require rehoned and bigger pistons.

Going to take to the junk yard but before I do, thought I would post. Pay for the shipping and it is yours. I will ship through Speedie and it is usually around $40 for a package of this weight here in the midwest.

See pic.

Thanks Matt

A true salesman!! (lol)

Naw I have to start sliming down on parts. I unloaded the barn of almost everything but the Vader Vmax/SRX sleds a few years ago when I got bit by the Vmax-4 bug. Now I need to do it again.

Why is it that there is always enough time to get more sleds/parts but never enough time to build/use or sell these sleds and parts?

I'm gonna start soon.

Phil,
Once you get that motor out of the way that I need, you will have all kinds of room to move around...
