Im running 300s right now and it has a bog at low end , , ,the slid needle is at the top grove , what should i try 270s and move the needle to the middle clip ? Lubricates the gears in the housing that drive the water pump.

Yeah, the Polaris engine is a real P.O.S. thats why we are putting in the Viper engine.

Thats not good. Guys will do that sort of thing on race engines in hopes of getting more air into the cylinders. You have to be very carfull when doing that because the bridge was there to keep the piston from catching on the bottom of the intake port on the down stroke. Removing bridges like that ...

We have a 85 Phazer with a 91 Polaris 650 Triple, it was a real tight fit and frame mods hade to be made. This summer we are going to stuff a 04 Viper triple in the Phazer and it looks like it will fit. So, I think you should be able to fit srx triple in. Getting the motor in and mounted and aligned...
