im thinking he just wants it to be loud... which it certainly will be... it will probably make less horsepower and may get lean at some point in the curve so be very careful (aka dont bother hahaha)

i believe they part you NEED is #22 (part number 93103-35139-00) on the CRANKSHAFT diagram. it doesn't look like that website has them, possibly they are not available in oem... you can usually find them on ebay or from the forum. I dont personally have a problem with aftermarket lower end gaskets. ...

yeah that looks like it has everything except the water pump shaft seal. x2 for not liking winderosa, especially those head gasket/orings. i will only rebuilt my motor with oem, when it comes time btw im not sure you NEED the waterpump shaft seal since you not noticing a loss of antifreeze, but it i...

awesome! glad to see you finally won! so your problem was that the source coil was shorted out against the stator frame? therefore your cdi was not charging, and therefore when the pickup (pulse, trigger) coil told the CDI to fire it couldnt because it had no charge? i gotta bank the fix in my brain...

hey guys i did some photoshop work... hopefully this makes things a little easy to see... if someone could verify that i made the wires going into the "throttle switch" and the "engine stop switch" the right colors that would be great

i dont believe you tested any of the kill switches, that would be the next thing to check. check key, kill, and tether if you have one.... unplug the respective plug and put your multimeter on the switch part. it should be normally open. meaning when the key is on there is now continuity, when the k...

i would say your coils are all good. the values are lower than what the book calls for because it was colder than the recommended (i think) 60*F. You said you cleaned the connections but did you tighten them at all? i like to take a pair of pliers and squeeze the female ends of those bullet connecto...
