I bought a vmax parts sled that had a polaris p-85 primary on it you should maybe see if u could score one off of a indy 500 or maybe an xlt i would measure the inside dia. of the back of your primary withh a micrometer and make a note of it when you go to get a clutch .(snowmobile bone yard). i can...

has anyone been out riding yet lets see some pics. we just got about six inches after losing a good 25 we got the week before christmas. but the trails were not open then because of hunting season. we missed out on agood two weeks of riding.

I dont see why you couldnt squeak a 1 inch thru there ? is it because of the tunnel protectors? if u were to bottom out the lugs would rub the exchanger?

if you pull the plug on the cyl thats not fireing did you notice any coolant around the tip wet tips will usually not fire. making sure the oring stays where its suppose to during reassembly can be a pain in the a$$

those are in nice shape i redid mine 2yrs ago and im very happy with it its a good runner with 3500 miles on it justput it in the shed for a preseason tune up and maintainence.

meguiars vynle protectant works really well and u can wipe most of the product off leaving no film and a great shine

before you take anything apart see if you can get the set screws loosein the collars on the driveshaft they can be a real pita. the collar on the clutch side has to be slid over to get the shaft out of the chaincase wich allows u to drop it down and out of the tunnel those set screws are almost impo...
